1. Mount your windows 8 image file or insert your windows 8 cd

2. Go to your start and search for "cmd",

3. Then run as administrator

4. Type: dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all /Source:D:sources\sxs /limitaccess


NOTE: The letter D is the letter on your mounted image file /cd at your computer
