Mind Boggling Riddles: Science Riddle For Student

You are given a ball and you are asked to throw it as hard as you can but it must return back to you. It is an open ground and you can't find any wall or object in your vicinity. There is no one around to catch your ball and throw it back to you. Also, you can't attach any string or rope with the ball.

How will you achieve it then?

I Would bounce it on the ground. Technically that would mean throwing the ball towards the ground and waiting for it to come back to you.

Wow.. I will lie down on my back and face upwards, that way if i throw the ball as hard as i can it will fall back on me to catch it.

* It is an open ground and you can't find any wall or object in your vicinity... if you notice the ground, its technically a wall that you can lean back against.

i will throw it upwards and let the law of gravity do its work....
it will come back to me and then i will catch it....
