At the forum homepage, just like how you were able to locate your cheat, thats how you should locate categories in the forum.
the categories are not the one scrolling on your left, those are new topics and comment posted by members.
there are so many categories having titles like Mtn Fbt/Cheats For Free Browsing, religion , news, politics, buy & sell, iOS / Apple Phones and Tablet, and lots more, there is a description under each category telling you what the category is about...
just make sure your topic is related to the category you will open,
When you open a category, you will see new topic just like you described above, example if you open politics. make sure your topic is about politics only and nothing else.
Notice some of the topic have been locked....

It simply means we have enough topics there at the moment, it have been locked so other areas in the forum can develop. members with special access like admins and moderators can post there....but if the post is very important for the forum, eg if you were answering question in the forum with a new topic,
You can always drop it in the Non categorize area , it can be reviewed and sent to the right place by moderators.

yeah, that was exactly what obese getting before I started doing it my way. when I go yoga specific category, I get the same information that only granted special access can post there, why is that so?

it means the category has been locked by admin and only admins and moderators can post there because there have special access so you can post your info in the Non categorize area and Admin will re-direct it to where it should be if only he/she find's vital/very important @felixbmens
