Actor Eddie Watson and wife Naomi Watson christened their newly born baby girl, Emirror Cassia Watson on Sunday, 26 April 2015.

The baby was officially presented to God to receive blessings and prayers at Archbishop Duncan-Williams‘ Action Chapel International, Spintex in Accra.

The award-winning actor after the church service organised a party at his Spintex house for few invited guests.

Present at the child's christening were Yvonne Nelson, Edward Kuffour and his wife, close friends and relatives. Emirror Cassia Watson was born on Monday, 2 February 2015.

children are a blessing... they make the equation 1 + 1 = 1., sometimes i believe the words in the bible the goes like " A man and woman shall leave their parents and live together to become one in flesh and spirit" is been misunderstood by many.. bcos to me a man and woman can only be the same in flesh, blood and spirit... through their children.. bcos they came to being thru an act performed both of them n they all have an interest in it..

if u dont have a child., you might not understand wat im about to say but if u do.. u realise that your children can make you smile even in your dark days .. so to me 1 + 1 = 1 in this situation.. im happy for them

Giving birth, thus giving life to someone else, is a blessing from God Almighty ...That is one great thing that comes out of marriage and that's why some people adopt children when they cant give birth.... You can feel how happy and grateful they are to God for granting them their first child....

We can only thank God for the good thing He does for us by praying persistently and it was really great that they presented the child to God to receive blessings and prayers....

And also, organizing a party for their newly born baby goes a long way to show how important the child is in their lives and how great it is to have a child... May God Almighty continue to bless them... Am so happy for them...
