It will send as a collect SMS.
It requires no credit
The receipient will have to reply YES just to view the message you have sent.

lol....thus this means that.., they will b still payment to be made..? or is it just dat u wont pay for sending but the recipient will pay for receiving that makes the trick? im confused... or is it just no payment on both sides..? if so then its really cool... if not then its ok...
