STEP 1:Open task manager.
STEP 2:Select firefox,right click and slect go to process.
STEP 3: Right click the firefox process and click on low priority.Repeat the same step for adobe flash player.

i upgraded my ram fprm 2 to 4 gig so i no longer experience that anymore
