Surfline Lunched On August 19th, 2014
Surfline has official launched Ghana’s first 4G LTE network in Accra and Tema, giving both consumers and businesses internet speeds that are ten times faster than 3G services currently offered.
On August 19th, 2014 Surfline held a Media and VIP Event at their Flagship Store in Osu to mark the monumental occasion.
The event started with MC, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, running late but managing to kick-off the event via Skype…thanks to Surfline’s 4G LTE service. Surfline’s Marketing Director Rosy Fynn then WOWed attendees with talk of Surfline’s friendly self-care portal and “The WOWerful Promo”, which gives customers the opportunity to receive a Surfline 4G LTE device for free, when purchased with a qualifying data bundle. Plus Surfline will double the data instantly and will continue to double customers data for life!
Soon after Surfline’s Executive Chairman, John Taylor invited dignitaries to cut the ribbon, the curtains were drawn – using the automated control from a tablet no less – and the brand new store was unveiled. Surfline’s Chief Commercial Officer, Justice Taylor then treated guests to a tour, while others surfed on devices and relaxed in the experiential zone
