IS AIRTEL SIKA KOKO BACK?

When airtel sika koko was about to leave the system, they use to redirect us to airtel flex remember? but from last week when i just tried to dial *477#, they now wrote sorry you are not eligible for this offer. i don't know whats up with them now i must say. i have tried to subscribe but they are telling me that i cant subscribe cos i am not eligible. So guys i want to ask you people if anyone has noticed this and also i want to buy a new sim and try and see if its back so for now guys do try and see if it will work and if it does do leave a comment below guys.
