USE THE MODEM WITH NOKIA PC SUITE OR SOFTWARE

Lets give de unlocking things a break and consider this latest........ This tutorial will enable you to use any
Sim in any modem to browse without Unlocking the innocent modem kind courtesy NOKIA PC SUITE.

STEPS

1. Download Nokia PC suite ( CLICK http://filehippo.com/download/file/b20021fb59d99a55758f0d16fbdfefc784b48bb4d668cdfd28bbb6f1b8787d05/

(DOWNLOAD LETEST NOKIA SUITE FROM THE LINK ABOVE ) and install.

2. Insert any sim in the modem And open the modem software.

3. 'Invalid sim will be displayed'. Just Ignore it and close the modem software.

4. Now run the NOKIA PC SUITE  and click on a Spanner icon or Settings to Configure

5. Select your Modem from the list off  Modems displayed

6. Input your Sim's Operator Apn  ...depending on the Sim Card in use


     OPERATOR           APN
Eg  MTN,                       internet
     VODAFONE                browse
     TIGO                        web.tigo.com.gh


6. Finish setup.

Connect to internet through the NOKIA PC SUIT!!!!!!!

When "Invalid Sim" error shows up on your modem it means its decoded, but the dashboard cant support the sim, this mostly happens with vodafone modems, and i think the Nokia Pc suite will only create a dial up which you can do so maually to connect that same sim in your modem. I hope im not mistaekening. If your modem is not decoded, and you insert an invalid sim, it will either request for an unlock code, or tell you your modem has been blocked to that specific sim, to thus insert the right one. I hope you get my point.

this thing does not really work, its for modems whose unlock attempts has been used up....

works with my old mtn modem but not the new ones
