Guys I've been able to find out a free tigo webpage that you can access without credit.Its a zero rated site.Through this I hope we can cook up an fbt.I read a topic here which said that to cook an FBT you need a free website,apn and a proxy.
When I have credit on the sim and change the proxy settings to kproxy.com and type in the free site it redirects me to the proxy site meaning its working.And i don't know whether it is deducting credit or not(because i can't download anything because of the slow network in my area).But without any credit it doesn't direct you to the proxy site but the free site can still open.
So I think we need to look for different APN or maybe we should try modify headers,vpns or other methods to see
