Quick Forum Menu Suggestions

We are have added Quick Forum Menu to make navigation of the site more easier, the idea is to outline our product and services and also the important content in the forum.


1. Any ideas as to what we should add or remove, what about the design and colors?

Its a really great addition and for me am okay with the design... Now with this quick access menu, it makes it easy to maneuver your way in order to access those menus added..

But one thing i've realized in trying to access all the links in the quick access menu is that, due to the Hackgh home icon moving below the page, the quick access collapses whenever i try to access the last four menus under the Services tab, that is Coding and Editing, Advertizing Concepts, Web Development Tool, Search Engine Optimization...

That's my observation and i hope other feedback concerning this new addition will surface in order to improve our beloved Hackgh.... Great Initiative..

And to add to the earlier observation, i also found out that the links are not accessible.. That is when i click on the quick access menu links, it doesn't respond and hence doesn't load or otherwise acts like the home button which sends me back to the home page if am on another page other than the home page...

I don't know if its only me who is experiencing this but that's my observation so far... Other feedbacks would be great....

Don't worry, it just me who have disabled that function, am waiting to hear more suggestion before we enabled it.. We need a good menu that will help improve our forum.

Okay Admin... Good to know that... I would be thinking about other suggestions as more suggestions come in... Its all about improving our beloved forum...

As it is, the quick menu stands out; which is very good. However as time progresses, I think the colours could be changed to blend with the theme colour.

The menu content itself looks very good from where I sit.

Alright, yep you were right about the colour, i have made changes , i have also remove the HackGh logo so we can add more content to the menu. Observe and give me a feed back,

@Chinesta10, i have enabled some of them , others will be enabled once the proper tutorial are writing.

Okay @Phantom.... But i still see the Hackgh logo active and moving below the browser making the sub-menus i stated earlier still inaccessible for me.... And i have tried opening some of the links and they do open as u have prompted.... Hoping for more improvements.. Great work..

Its great to see the innovations that are currently ongoing in the forum each day. You don't need to be CSS guru to see the beauty of the quick forum menu that was recently added. The Admin have really done some serious work on that

I realized that the number rolling topics to the left hand side have been reduced which makes it look much more user friendly for me. Sometimes when you miss a particular topic, you don't have t o wait too long, for it to roll back up.

There is nothing i can add that haven't already been raised by you guys. The menu looks good, and i cant wait to see how the blended one will look like.

What do you guys think of adding a new advertisement slot just below the quick forum menu? i already have a concept for it, Do you think the adverts should change like the rest in the forum or should it be just a single advert, since it might not have patronage like the other advertisement slots located in the forum.

Yeah I think that would look good. Why don't we pilot it for a few days to see how well it would do. I'm sure we would all like it.
