I think the amount you need to subscribe is GHC 2.... Its cool though cos 2gig for 2cedis for 4 hours, at least you know is not unlimited as compared to the MTN unlimited plan which tends to cut you off whenever you exhaust about 3gig of data.....

At least for Tigo, you know is 2gig and not any form unlimited to lure people to subscribe like what Mtn are doing but i think Tigo can still do more... Even though its a good initiative i still dont think its enough... They can still do more......

That's my first issue i have with this offer. I wonder how Tigo expects to gain customers by overlooking an important area like that. We are in the 21st century, an era of smart devices that makes us consume data even more than food.Trust me, i wouldn't settle for less and i know most Ghanaians wont either. I would rather pay an expensive amount for 3G than paying less for a 2G package that i cant use.

My second issue with this offer is the timing. Some time ago, I can remember phAnt0m DrAcON was chastising the way these ISPs dictates to us when to sleep, when to wake up etc all because of data. I now understand him very well. Its high time they respect our needs at least a little bit.

@Dagobert, scratch for a long time i have read this topic and the comments boiling under it, If you are selling 2Gig, just give the customer his data and leave him the hell alone, Telling customers to wake at dawn like OWL before they can use their 2 gig is nonsense.Evil or Very Mad

not sure We also know of the slow speed, you will never get to use the entire 2gig before the 4hours, it mostly slow in 2g areas and 3g also have slow download compared to others..

Hahahaha..that's why they rightly called it the night owl. These guys are not serious at all. I'm waiting for the day an ISP would come up with some very competitive and unlimited offers for their customers. But the typical Ghanaian would just take it like that.

These ISPs way of forcing us to buy their data bundles at these cruel times, thus at Dawn, is what i don't seem to get... What harm will it do if they have some kind of permanent data plan daily that for example with 2gh you could buy say 1gig of data and use during the day.....

Anyways its obvious they don't think about we their customers other than that they wont introduce these kind of ridiculous data plans to force us to stay awake to browse.......They can do better... Its all about management...

What's the point for an ISP to introduce a promotion into the system but not everyone using the network can enjoy that promotion if not for poor management and ill thnking about your own customers...
