Rack your brain With this Argument

Alpha, Beta and Gamma are in a desert. Alpha don’t like Gamma and hence decides to murder him. He poisons the water supply of Gamma. Since it is the desert area, Gamma must drink or he will die of thirst.

Beta does not know of the actions of Alpha and also decides to murder Gamma. To succeed in his ill motives, he removes the water supply of Gamma so he dies of thirst.

Gamma dies due to thirst. Who murdered Gamma?

Gamma committed suicide.

It is Beta whose action led to Gamma's death directly. It was the scarcity of water that led to his death ultimately. Even doe Alpha poison the water, Gamma never drank the poison water because Beta had taken it away..

fuuny .. jux reading dis made me remember Nana Addo statement " ALL DIE BE DIE" it doesnt matter who killed who... he is dead bcos of thirst, assuming he had run out of water? n he dies of thirst, its the same tin

He died out of thirst through Beta's action .Let's take into consideration the fact that he would have probably lived a while longer before dying.He died of thirst but Beta is the cause. Alpha can also be held for attempted murder.
